Pathways for every swimmer
Each specialty program is tailored to a specific need — from emotional readiness to competitive and triathlon prep. Packages and pricing are set by the academy and fully editable.
Swim Confidence & Emotional Readiness
Trust before skills
For nervous, fearful, hesitant, sensitive, or overwhelmed children, or children with negative water experiences. We begin with trust, comfort, communication, and confidence before introducing swimming skills.
This is behavioral and confidence-based swim instruction, not therapy. We include parent guidance so families can encourage their child without reinforcing fear or creating pressure, helping the child gradually release fear and progress gracefully.

Rollover & Self-Rescue
Find the surface, find the breath
Focused instruction in finding the surface, front-to-back rollover, finding a breathing position, floating, maintaining the float, recovering to swimming, and orienting after an unexpected entry.
Skills are introduced when developmentally appropriate, always moving toward an exit. We never describe a child as 'water safe' or 'drown-proof.' Swimming is one layer of protection and never replaces active adult supervision.

No child is ever “water safe” or “drown-proof.” Swimming instruction is an important layer of water safety, but it never eliminates drowning risk and never replaces active adult supervision.
